WWT Martin Mere 23rd November 2021
After we had been to Marshside, we didn’t have a lot of time left and the weather was getting a bit iffy, so we dropped in at the cafe for a tea and then just went to the main indoor/outdoor hide so we could get of first Whooper Swans of the year. apart from that there were huge flotillas of mallards and nice numbers of pintail. We got a single Black-tailed Godwit and a single Ruff!
